The European Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 concerning the "REACH", Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemical just begun to implement last June 2007 with pre-registration required before December 1, 2008.

PCA Electronics Inc. is well informed of the developments in the REACH legislation and is ready to the necessary measures to maintain its business interest in the European Union and other customer(s) that follows this new law.

We constantly review the materials that we use to manufacture our products through close monitoring to our suppliers MSDS to make sure no chemical content require REACH registration.

At this moment PCA Electronics Inc. does not supply any products to our customers that require registration with REACH. However, PCA will continue to monitor the REACH requirements for any changes in the materials involving registration and in particular, those concern lists of candidate Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) by ECHA.

Should any changes be made to our products that require REACH registration, PCA will notify our customers or the concerned REACH legislative body accordingly.
